  I got a weird one here; Trying to install my Rev3 kit in Stars. I have 2 MPU boards to test with. I have a (acid damaged) Bally 2518-17 where I have Stars2021 / ... it all back to the acid damaged Bally 2518 and all is good with the stars 2021 code.

  I prefer 20+ years ago when everything was made fresh in house. Now it's all flash frozen garbage. To each their own though. Their coffee is good in a jam. I went shopping w the wife a week or so ago. Tried Folgers, as it was on sale. I can drink almost anything, but ya, it was kinda nasty..and I stay away from Starbucks. I find it way too hot, to strong, n stupidly priced. Looking forward to the next game. Avs have to beat the stars, can’t go down 3-1

  I LOVED Bad Santa for years, own it & everything. Tried to watch it for the first time in years last season & I had to turn it off there were such long stretches of unfunnyness. Weird. Or if you need a drunken Santa, David Harbor as a Battle Santa in Violent Night 2015 will give you comedy, action and even a little heartfelt warmth.   Prices are definitely going to come down via Stern. They are coming down from distros already, which is a sure sign. It might not be their next title, but saturation and the effects of high interest rates are here. Eating 2 or 3k on nib will only last so long. We've seen the peak! We, as the collective customers have, Stern is eternally pricing for the stars. Why be smart when you can be smrt.

  Is there anything needed to qualify the action button toggling between the different tours? 95% of the time it works fine, but I have had a handful of games where hitting the action button does nothing. And yes, I am qualified for the tour with one of the green tour stars lit. While rare, it has happened enough to not be a one-off bug (or there is something needed to qualify the action button that I am not aware of).

  Glad to see you included 12 O'Clock High. Good series, but not as Good as the Movie it's based on though. My older brother always watched it and I caught up on 12 O'Clock High recently. Movie is certainly the best. Robert Lansing played the main guy in the first season of the TV show only. And I like the way they brought back Paul Burke to replace him who had been in one of the first episodes.   As voltages are ok it sounds like an MPU fault. Try swapping U10 & U11 around & see if anything changes. Or alternatively try swapping in some known good U10/U11 PIAs 6821s from another game - stars? Could try swapping in another solenoid driver board if you have to eliminate. .

  I dont have my hopes very high on the BB game, even though if properly done, it would be my favourite. Anyway, we haven't seen the actual gameplay yet. It is a single level playfield, but then most of the BB era 1980's were. Stars main feature were the spinners, hope they are in BB also! Would I pay $5000 for it? No, as far as what I have seen about BB and other Homepin games. But lets wait for the retail version!

  Cost more or not, worth it. Love these targets in my Stars. Significant upgrade over the hooded repros that were in it when I got the machine. I want some in red for whenever I get around to a Dragonfist build. I’ve had these in my Stars for 1.5 years and I don’t think I’ve seen a single bricked shot. Highly recommended! I'm looking to get these for my Stars. Which ones did you install? v3 or v4?

  Yikes, nervousness sets in... this was to be my first NIB but is it time to cancel my order? Well i wouldn’t cancel just yet…feels like early…QC issues. He puts in a Bally control board set, plugs an arduino in, uses that open source library, and bam...there you go. HomePin does sell their recreation of some of the classic Bally SS boards...

  Are they making another Wick movie? Anyone dream of a Battletoads or Earthworm Jim machine like I do? Wick will be the new Fast and Furious. They already have 4 Wick movies in 9 years, Fast and Furious had 4 movies in 9 years. Both franchises started with a semi-unique plot and then became very generic in a short time. Both have well established movie stars who can phone it in for an action flick every couple years for a nice payday. There will be plenty more Wick movies

  More on my playfield lights that may or may not be connected to the wonky "same player shoots again" light. If I hold down the upper lane switches (those wires on the lanes) all my playfield lights work, including the rollover stars and the pop bumpers. So not a fuse or a jones plug issue. I'm stumped.

  If you have room for 8 total I would have 4 modern lcd pins, 2 dmd era pins, and 2 solid state pins. Sometimes you only have 5 minutes to flip and a game of stars or Gorgar fits the bill. If they are in a lineup on one wall the order should be ss,lcd,dmd,lcd,lcd,dmd,lcd,ss.

  If they can goat Wilson into fighting its completely worth it. I looked through the stats. Penguins, Stars, Avs and Canes had under 10 fights all year. Surprised the Caps only had 13.

  Anyone mount the Premium/LE rubber Chimchanga truck/van to the Pro bracket without having to drill out the rivets? I tried getting a new OEM Premium bracket from Marco but was told Stern makes folks verify they have a Prem/LE in order to source this piece. I have the Prem/LE Wolverine/Dazzler coming, as well as the Disco ball mod, metal pop bumper/stars. Have had it about a month now , super fun indeed!

  Have someone with a Stern Stars not booting up in the Tell City, Indiana area. Looks like original battery is still there but I didn't want to just direct him to purchase a new mpu board and find out connectors need replaced as well.
