Just joined the club on the premium and very happy with it. Since I'm late to the game what's the must have mods? I have the stern topper on order and will get the flipper fidelity speaker kit for it.

Just installed the Stern topper and gee whiz can they save any more money? The RJ45 cable is too short to feed through the wire guides. Another inch or two please. The manual doesn't even show it that tight when they installed theirs.

Playing the heck out of mine too and for two update cycles resets kept happening. The last update where they removed stacking it stopped.
I wish the code update could have fixed the no sound on the drains. It's not a big deal but it's so annoying not to have it working. Good place to add the first callout from Steven too.

Yes that is the kit I had my dealer install before it left the showroom. Last March is when I got it.
I checked all the connections on the board nothing looks loose. The tie wrap looks fine nothing appears to have broken loose. Just says node 8 not found on boot.

If they wanted to sell more should have had one rolled out during Steve’s VMA performance. He could have pretended to play it during the song.

Maybe nothing ball was stuck under the elevator. Never had that happen. That would definitely cause my issue.
Anyone else think the side drain sounds are too low? Glad they added them but want it to stand out more to add to the frustration.

I have one stuck up there too, Ended up just adding another ball so I didn’t have to take it apart.

They only way I can score better with this new code is to try to keep multi-ball going a lot longer than my usual. If I don't my scores are much lower with this update.

Old code allowed much higher scores for me and my friends. Now it’s a slog to try to get anywhere close. I wish they had some adjustments to help but none does.

Another upvote to remove the post. I got a new #1 high score on my first game. Loved it. I found a square Stern pinball sticker from ghostbusters I covered mine with. You can’t see that area when playing.

Got it loaded on my premium. Free play, dude and walk this way works fine. The others look the same except sweet emotion is a black screen instead of the cartoons or your replacement.

Yes right file used. Says LE on boot up. I just tried last child and it behaves exactly like sweet emotion. Black screen through game play. A few music notes graphics on that black screen.
It’s all working. Turns out that etcher was the problem. You have to use win32imager. Let me know when you add more video.

Same here. I tried 3 different tools to flash the sd card, 2 different PCs, tried 3 different sd brands but still rebooting over and over.
I ordered another sd card from Amazon to see if that works. If anyone succeeds with a premium please post.

Pinside had this one wrong again imho.
He’s talking about the cartoon video. Switching to real videos is what’s needed. WhiskeyTango started to do it and gave it out but he ran into lip sync issues. I still use his cause it’s so nice.
