I just picked up this set of protectors from Silverball Designs here on the Pinside Shop. Really love the blue. Been trying to play off the blue/orange/yellow, but the Orange protectors really washed out the artwork. Also love the yellow that really makes the pop bumpers glow.
Anyways that being said, if someone prefers the orange wants this set, send me a PM, PayPal me the postage and I’ll mail them to you.

I left the one connected to the spoon alone.
I put on purple and one blue bulb in the kickers under my orange protectors…and it looks awesome

Imo this game really benefits from some warm white lighting, and some additional lighting. This is taken in a dark room. I am not necessarily suggesting pinstadiums but some spotlights or diy stadiums or something to really do justice to that artwork

Really cool! This game is criminally under lit. Really enjoy seeing your guys’ improvements. The art here is so well plotted out, but Stern just didn’t do it justice.

Talking about the Gus mod? It is made to slide up when it gets bashed, so the sculpt itself is rigidly attached to the playfield, just the base that it slides on

No, the Sarcophagus itself, my plastic protector above it came loose with a ball hit and i wondered if this wobble on the sarchophagus itself was normal?

The wobble in the mech itself seems fine. The plastic diverter needs to be screwed back in, of course.

Went to pick it up because i'm pretty sure it is the last one available anywhere and did not want it get lost due to some parcel service screw up. Can't wait to get my game and install it. (Note: It is going into a 2021 game) Can't wait to be officially back in the club.

13 hours worth of driving this weekend but my Maiden is home! Not a lot of pinball places around here where I live to try games out. I watch a ton of videos to try to get a feel for how a game plays. To be honest maiden always looked a little boring to me when watching someone play on a stream or whatever. However, it is an absolute blast to shoot! I am so glad to have this game in my collection now!
I do like those instruction cards, but i'd have to remove my wizapron and I dislike the red IC triangle
Does anyone who either did an insider connect upgrade or bought a prem/LE plastics set and willing to part with the right apron plastic from it?
I am a bit confused why they didn't include it with my NIB game. So many extra plastics. I assume this was part of the big sheet those were cut from. I doubt they redesigned the plastics set to omit it?

i hate those red triangles as well. Its why i got creative with a vinyl cutter plotter for various machines. These are what i made for Iron Maiden Premium. Still not sure which i am gonna use but most likely i will move the Insider connected scanner to my door into the bill acceptor plate because i wanna keep the artplate intact in my apron.

Just got my machine and am loving it. I just noticed however that on ball launch regardless the power, the ball hits the upper part of the skillshot target. It will never go around the loop. It always bricks into the upper post of the skill shot target. The only thing I see that I could do to help this would be to bend the exit of the shooter lane rail. Has anyone else had to do that?

Unfortunately pretty much every owner of the game has had to mess with the guide rail. There are plenty of posts here that explain what to do.

If it's hitting that skillshot target on auto launch, I'd start with a rail adjustment.

I didn't even know it was a thing. I found some thread on Pinside with a whole variety of apron cards. A couple trial/error prints later for correct sizing, a run through wife's laminating machine, a few snips with scissors, and viola!

Yes that’s it! Saw it posted one time in a Facebook group before I even had the game and it stuck in my mind but I never tried it. It does seem to be a pretty clever solution that shouldn’t ever have the issues again.
