This place is awesome for trying new strategies on pinball. The hourly rate/free play means that if you choose to, you can try more dangerous stuff and go for more difficult wizard modes more often (rather than going for the points exploit lol), since it doesn't cost extra to drain 3 real quick. The machines are well maintained by an enthusiast, and the staff are very friendly.

Hey pinsiders. Mark and Mia from Neon Retro Arcade here. We're proud to share our collection with the public. These games get played a lot, so if you get a stuck ball or notice anything about a game that isn't quite right, please let the front desk know. Our staff can help with the easy stuff right then, and anything more complex we'll note so our techs can address the issue. Thanks!

Played in Pasadena. The pinball machines were in terrible condition. The T2 was so bad the flippers didn't have the force to shoot the ramps. If this was your introduction to pinball it would ruin it for you. I wanted to rescue the T2 and give it a better home

<-- I don't log in to this page particularly often, but I just read this note. I apologize that T2 wasn't at it's best when you visited. We do, however, maintain these games and the flippers have been rebuilt since the time of the last note. Operating pinball on location is certainly a challenge. While we aren't able to keep all games working 100% at all times, we do put a lot of effort, time, and money into keeping these games running, because we enjoy pinball personally. When I got this T2, I stripped the playfield, gave it a good cleaning, changed burned-out lights, upgraded the display to a vibrant colorDMD, in addition to changing out mechs, coil sleeves, etc to get T2 working smoothly. So no need to rescue the game- its doing just fine =) If you have any concerns in the future, you are of course welcome to email me directly at mark @ neonretroarcade.com
