- NFL Pinball is a limited edition game produced by Stern Pinball in conjunction with Betson Industries.
- The machine on the "Coming Soon" flyers seems to be a mock-up. NFL does not have a Sega showcase backbox, neither does it have the Star Wars Trilogy playfield shown.
- NFL is a converted Striker Extreme game. Soccer countries have been replaced by NFL team names.
- The cabinet artwork is not team-specific, so modification for any football team are as simple as replacing the backbox translite and selecting the team to play as. All NFL games have the same playfield art.
- Production run numbers are unknown but likely to be limited as the price for either game is a steep $6495. Games are being marketed as home games. The price included delivery and home setup.
