Set up a fake crypto exchange website and fish him with a payment sent email and try to trick him into entering his wallet info to transfer the fake funds.
it's a joke, sprinkled with an old meme, mocking the broken English of the seller (and maybe the original statement in the op... "potential scam" when there is no question about it from the outset).
