This will be my second Dragonfist (though I'm still waiting for playfield harness to finish the first).
This is for a client, and I'll use a supplied Meteor for the donor machine.

Cabinet stripped of parts, sanded, repaired, and smoothed.
Ready for primer/sealer.

Legs cleaned and sprayed with Hammered Silver. These will get clear coat.

Base color applied. I use Omni automotive products.

I had a paint issue when applying the white paint over the base color. It developed cracks when curing. When I returned to the KOI paint center, they said it was a binder issue. I've never had this.
Needless to say, I'll be sanding this off, and trying again.
They gave me free paint, sandpaper, and clearcoat to make up for it.

Target parts came today. Easy to make the same targets that Stern used on DF with parts from Pinball Resource. I buy standard targets and pair them with these yellow faces.

Back to base color. Going to apply the white painted graphics again tomorrow.
