My Last Action Hero has no sound.
When I turn the game on you can hear it "wants" to say the "I"ll be back" but won't do it. You hear a slight pop sound coming from the speakers when turned on, this is what normally happens before the I"ll be back sound.
I unplugged everything on the sound board and re-inserted back into the board. No difference.
I measured the voltages on the sound board connector. These were -14,5V, 5,00V and 10,2V.
On the board I measured -5,00V.
Also measured the 12V on the connector on the power supply board, still 10,2V
Now I think it's in the 12V being off, but I cannot seem to find what it is.
The DB1 measures good. The caps look good. The output connector CN6 looks good.
CN1 is pin 12 is a little crispy, but this is earth.
There is continuity from DB1 + to the CN6 pin that carrier the 12V.

I would like to get some guidance what to check next.
