jaws1 (resized).pngNickBuffaloPinball Watched some of the stream and the ball exits the reel too high on yours. It should feed lower and down to the mini flipper. I'm not 100% on the fix for that but I believe people are bending the ball guide so the ball exits lower.
The drains you are getting on launch or when the ball spins clockwise in the reel are caused by the rubber on the right exit post and some people find removing it fixes that problem. You can see this happen in slow motion if you set youtube to .25x from the link here at 12:31:

You're welcome, good luck getting it all worked out. It's the price you pay for a unique Stern layout. Every rail is going to be bent slightly different on every game and it takes every owner beta testing the design to find out how to fix it.
