·  GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION: I offer many things for sale thru Pinside and I try to describe all items as accurately as I can. All sales are considered final except for the conditions listed below: 

In the unlikely event that this item is received by the purchaser and is found to be not as described or defective, I will refund the purchase price including the shipping costs subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note the special conditions relating to collectable and electronic items below. The item is being sold exactly as represented and described nothing more, nothing less. I fully support everything I offer and if the item does not work as listed (if listed as working), you can expect a refund or replacement. I must be notified within 14 days after the receipt of the item that is defective. The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was in when it was originally shipped to you.  I will inspect the item and determine if it is defective. A refund or replacement (if available) will be issued if the item is determined to be defective.

·  WARRANTIES ON COMPUTERS AND ELECTRONICS: All electronic or computer items I sell are sold as guaranteed working unless specifically described as "untested", "not working", "Working??", "As is" or otherwise described. I cannot provide any extended type of warranty. I do, however, guarantee that ALL parts offered as working ARE, to the best of my knowledge, working. I also make no guarantee, however, that this item will work in your particular system. If you experience some compatibility problem with this item in your system, I will try to help you solve the problem but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to solve your problem.
