Looking to sell my Space Mission, the only real trade I’m looking for right now would be a Jurassic Park Premium and of course cash to you, but also would consider working a trade with a dealer for the upcoming June run for Jurassic Park Premiums.

The coin meter does still work and looks to have significant low plays (11,792) and maybe it’s really 111,792, but based on the condition of the playfield and mechs, I am just guessing\speculating that it’s this low, but that is for you to decide. The cabinet has it’s usual dents, scratches, marks, etc. based on it’s age, so please inspect all the pics. It only has one coin mech, again see pics for the condition of everything.

I really haven’t had any major issues and it plays well considering it is almost 50 years old, and the only things I’ve noticed are:


—Rebuilt the flippers using Steve’s Pinball Resource parts, but they still sometimes machine gun a little when trying to catch the ball, so not sure what else to do as I ensured the EOS switch was adjusted and other things, but this is the first time I worked on AC flippers.

—Occasionally a switch will trigger multiple times, but I never went through and cleaned all the switches and gapped them, so maybe it’s an easy fix or not?

—The other thing I noticed is the 4th player 100,000 light will sometimes come on when as well as the 3rd player reels will reset when starting just a 1 player game. When I looked into it, a lot suggest that the player unit just needs to be cleaned and rebuilt?

—Playfield has a scratch\scuff above the right sling\kick out area, see pics.

—Inserts are cupped as this is very common from the research I did, so rather than trying to redo all of the inserts and since the playfield is in very good condition, I installed a playfield protector.

—Sometimes, due to the playfield protector, if the ball goes into the upper tunnel circle shot, it can get stuck on the button and cause it to repeatedly give you the bonus, but I just slightly nudge it to get it out.

Below are the things I have done as well as any extras that will come with this machine:

— Rebuilt flippers, replaced coils and flipper bats. I went ahead and added Molex connectors to make it easier for any future flipper maintenance.
— Replaced all the rubbers and fuses.
— I put triple thick glaze on the backglass as there was one area that was flaking, see pics of the back of the backglass.
— Installed a playfield protector (had to trim near the bottom left to make it fit as that is apparently common, so it’s not as nice as the other cutouts (see pic below left flipper, metal guide).
— Comes with a coil sleeve kit (Marco’s), a repro manual and schematics (PBA Resource) and an extra set of pop bumper caps (repro I assume).

If you are new to pinball and\or never owned a machine, please know what you are buying in terms of ongoing maintenance, especially EM’s, and\or if you are not comfortable with any of the above regarding the condition or pics, or anything, please do not purchase this as there will be no warranty\refunds.

I live near the Pensacola, FL area in a single floor home, no flights of steps or any dirt roads. I prefer in person deal, payment and pickup, however if you choose to arrange shipping or a transporter, I am happy to accommodate and coordinate with them as I’ve dealt with STI\Beltman several times. However, you will assume ALL the risk and liability with the transporter\shipper and I am not responsible for any potential damage they could inflict while picking up, transporting and delivering. You will need to make all arrangements and handle payment for that separately as well as they will be the ones preparing and wrapping the machine. I will NOT be involved when they pickup\handle\transport the machine and will just allow them access to pickup the machine and once they leave with the machine, our deal is complete. I hate putting all of those disclaimers and most pinball collectors know this, but this is mainly for those that have never used a shipping company before. The back box does NOT fold down, so let me know if you want it removed beforehand.


I accept cash on glass or wire transfers. I will accept a check if you want to mail ahead of time, however it will have to clear before you can pickup the machine.
