For Sale: A nice, and fully working, example of one of the iconic Williams classics - Firepower. A full tear-down, bulletproofing, and shop job, was just completed - the game looks great, and plays 100%.

Details of the work is as follows:

MPU/DRIVER BOARD: The original on-board battery holder was removed, and the memory-function restored with a remote pack. A faulty IC (7406n) was replaced with new. The 40-Pin connector between the boards was replaced w/new. All connector pins were inspected and re-flowed as-needed.

POWER SUPPLY: The electrolytic capacitors were replaced with new, and all connector pins were inspected and reflowed as needed.

SHOP JOB: Details of the general shop-work completed is as follows:

- All playfield & backbox GI lighting was replaced with new cool white (some blue in the back box), insert lighting was replaced with color matched LED’s (Comet).

- Complete top-side tear-down;

- A couple under-playfield wiring-hacks restored to factory configuration;

- Playfield cleaned, polished, and waxed;

- All playfield rubbers were replaced w/new clear Titan silicone (flippers red silicone);

- All nylon post-cap nuts replaced w/new;

- Two pop number rings and yokes, and one pop bumper spoon were replaced w/new;

- Flipper coil diodes were replaced w/new;

- Three lane guides were replaced w/new;

- The missing (OEM) bridge rectifier fuses were added;

- Two stand-up target faces were replaced w/new;

- New grounded power cord plug installed;

- Three new coin door price plates installed;

- New “cushioned” stand-up target decals installed; and

- New pinballs installed.

Please review the pictures closely for additional condition details, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, or if you would like to see additional photos of a specific area. The original playfield has great color and is very presentable, but, is not without some honest wear that is typical of this title, and of games of this age. The original backglass presents well, but is not without some historic flaking. This has been mitigated by a previous owner, and the backside of the glass has been sealed with triple thick. The cabinet is sound, but has its share of bumps/bruise/scratches. All of the original displays are fully working, and clean. Manuals included.

The game is located in Central Pennsylvania, just off I-80. Pickup is highly preferred, but shipping is all-good too as long as the buyer makes all the arraignments, and payment-in-full has cleared my account before the game leaves my possession.
