Comes with all the original parts I replaced and some extra new ones.

Cons:
flipper button wear
dome is not 100% (was hit some time in the past)
the round a bout metal guide is broke. When I got the machine someone had drilled a screw into the pf to keep the guide back. I pulled it during the topside tear down and a friend tacted it. That didn't hold so I filled the hole with toothpicks which holds the guide.
