Trivia

  • Was featured in the movie, "Rocky III" (1982)- In a scene showing how Rocky's friend, Pauly, has become a burned-out drunk, Pauly throws a whiskey bottle into the pinball machine in an arcade, shattering the backglass. It is speculated however, that the game, in production after feeding off the success of the first two movies, was not available in time for the scene. Instead, a special prototype backglass was fitted to some other Gottlieb machine, for the demolition.
  • Features inverted flipper design at the ball drain area.
  • Was the second game to utilize Gottlieb's System 80A software; the first was Devil's Dare (Gottlieb 1982), which began release one month earlier.
  • One of the first Gottlieb games to offer a promotional plastic key-fob, instead of a standard key-fob that was issued to owners on prior games.
  • Very rare.
