Great cassette!

Quoted from Rdoyle1978:Decided my vintage Technics SL-1200 needs a complementary vintage receiver. It is currently being driven by a 2008-ish Yamaha AVR. Which can't really drive my huge CS-501 Bozaks. Where's a good place to find a good integrated amp? I'm ok with repairs, not ok with paying $1000
Not a Vintage option, but ElusiveDisc currently has a MusicHall A15.3 Integrated on Open Box / Demo sale for under $500.
Killer Integrated, imo. I ran one of the earlier versions for well over a decade. Great phono stage, simple and overall a great sounding little amp.
The guy who bought mine has been running it for almost as long with no plans on replacing it. Highly endorsed.
I was curious about the MusicHall A15.3 integrated due to the mention above so off to Google I went. Amazon is selling them new for $399, just in case anyone is interested.

Even better deal on a very nice integrated. Just make sure it has a Phono Stage, as I know they were originally available with and without. Not so sure about the most recent ones, though.
Mine also had Pre-Outs and i did use it with a few different power amps with great success.
Hard to think of many options at $400 NIB that I would default to over this one.
I drove 150 miles roundtrip in a downpour and missed most of today's Ravens-Chiefs championship game today to pick up this album rack. Measuring 47 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 53 inches high with its wheels, it barely fit into my SUV.
It features 3 pull-out drawers on heavy-duty sliders. The seller had these custom built for his record shop. Here are photos posted by the seller.
I've been looking for a commercial album rack for a few years. The consumer racks out there are overpriced, cheap particle board units and the commercial ones are typically very expensive. This one is built like a tank. I can't wait to get this thing into my basement arcade and load her with my albums.

Great find Bruce! I’m jealous!

Now that's a Score.
Awesome.
Quoted from pinmister:If I get a system for my living room/dining room I am going to be able to really crank it up while doing house chores
So an update...I ended up getting a great deal on a Denon Bluetooth receiver(AVR S760H) that was on sale with $100 off(currently) at Costco. I found a pair of vintage Jensen 12" three way speakers on cl and this system really cranks to the point of hurting the ears. I will eventually add a powered sub(probably Polk) and a couple wireless satellite speakers to round out the sound. Being able to walk around the house and control this system on my phone is awesome and I love being able to switch and control songs on Pandora radio. I am lovin it!

I finally got this solid wood beast into my basement and started the process of loading her up with albums. . .over halfway there. Yes, the "M - O" tab is backwards. . .forgot to flip it for the photos.
Goodbye to the days of crouching and squinting to identify a record by its skinny spine.
Cinderblock walls aren't very chic. But, when I'm saddled in my favorite listening chair and enveloped in the music, the only thing I notice are the pinball machines. My brother took that photo in New York City. I liked it so much that I framed it and had it copyrighted.

Pics of my living room stereo/quadraphonic setup, with components in walnut towers and four JBL L100 speakers on walnut stands in the corners of the room. The L100s came with hand-oiled walnut cabinets, so I made walnut towers for the Marantz and Teac gear and walnut stands for the speakers. To complete the room's decor, I tracked down the furniture manufacturer and purchased from them several yards of the print fabric they used for the pillows, which my wife then used to make the drapes.

Awesome setup. I had the same Technics turntable but it was stolen when my house was robbed many years ago.

Great job on the equipment racks, they look great! Looks like the bottom of the speaker stands could be used to store records?

Records are stored in the shelving units on the wall opposite the seating area, including behind the upper left doors. Reel-to-reel tapes are stored behind the lower left doors. Second pic better shows the drapes my wife sewed from the same fabric as the pillows.

I hope you superglued those decorative plates down. Otherwise those L100s are going to send them flying!
Quoted from hwyhed:I decided to try this old integrated amp out. She’s real clean, and sounds pretty sweet in the garage!

Great amp. I had an 8500 in the 70's. I had a few Pioneer pieces.
Quoted from ZNET:Is there any stereo console ever created more hideous than this 1980s vintage monstrosity combo, consisting of a t.v., turntable, am/fm tuner, cassette and 8-track player?

It is glorious!!
Quoted from ToucanF16:Only the coolest kid on the block had one of those back in the 70s
It's from the 80s AFAIK... along with it's electronic tv tuner.
But go for the hifi look!
Quoted from Pablito350:Got these from Goodwill earlier today. They sound great, and look fanfuckintastic!

Those are worth a couple bucks.
I'm looking into a new phono preamp, and I sstumbled onto the Hagerman Bugle3 (or bugle4). Curious if anyone has built or purchased this thing? It's supposed to be awesome

Those Pioneer headphones with the SX-780?
Man. That has got to be amazing.
The SX-780 we've had for a couple of years now as our main music receiver, and love it. The SE-L40 headphones I just got, and to be honest I got them because I thought they were the coolest looking headphones I've ever seen. They do sound great on the 780, but on my PC they don't sound nearly as good.
Quoted from ZNET:Hmmm. My quad system is not similarly equipped.

What are they really selling?
