Doesn’t Princess Bride (Final Resistance) have a row of scoops around mid playfield? While not overly exciting to hit a scoop, having to hit the open scoop is a very good controlled mechanism. But otherwise, Travis is being a hypocrite

One thing Travis mentioned was not using the upper flippers, because they are hard to see and are controlled by separate buttons. That will always be a hassle and reason Travis won’t ever use the upper flippers. Wouldn’t that be considered a major flaw? And when asked about it, Travis is the kind of guy to say I’ll just change it in the menu. He knows nothing about the horrors that await should he try to change the flipper button assignment and the abomination of an operating system P3 really is. So he can ignore all that and buy the game anyways. I’ll look forward to his podcasts and hearing how he enjoys PB.

Just saying that Jaws and Venom do not have much on the bottom 2/3rds, and that’s fine. Just as the P3 is fine. It was more a joke about him buying his wife a Princess Bride. I have noticed recently that I gravitate toward pins where there is exitement down low. I love shots at the end of the flipper in combo with long distance shooting. That’s just me though. This is why it’s a good thing to have soooo many options now. Wouldn’t you agree?

I didn't catch him saying that, but maybe I just missed it. The side target covers for The Princess Bride don't hide the flippers. See pic. All 3 TPB machines at TPF had fully exposed upper flippers. We also recently announced that when TPB production begins this summer, we'll have new side target covers for art packages associated with all games that enable the upper flippers.

This is the first time I'm hearing this. Nobody's contacted us to report issues with or request changes to the settings menu. Seems like an overdramatization to project negativity, but if the implementation of the settings menu becomes the biggest complaint about the system, I'd say we're doing ok!
