I have a Space Jam that won’t boot up. I tried replacing the MPU with a new Rottendog with all new roms and chips. I’ve swapped driver board and ribbon cables. It will not boot up. No display at all. Blanking LED flashes. If I power the machine up with out Mpu hooked up display with show rom version. I did hook up the old Mpu with only game rom and no sound roms at all and the blanking led went solid and display showed an adjustment menu but wouldn’t let me do anything in the menu. Any help is appreciated.

The blanking led doesn’t blink with the power driver board from jp lost world, but still doesn’t boot up. The power driver works fine in the jp lost world, and blanking light comes on red
