It starts off slow, and then gets very funny. We may watch that movie a 2nd time eventually.
Can't say that I have been disturbed in a theater in 25 years. If the theater condones bad behavior, I would try a different theater.
Arthur the King was decent, for sure safe for the family. Not into family movies, but this movie featured a dog, and we like dogs.

Most Mark Wahlburgs movies are good! That movie was a true story too.

Quoted from Jamesays:Me and my girl picked 2 seats in the back corner of a nearly
empty theater,This jackass comes and sits right beside me
There were like 50 empty seats.
Every. Fucking. Time.
One of many reasons I’ve been to the theater about 4 times in the last 15 years. I cannot tolerate people. Maybe not everyone in the world is a dumbass annoying asshole, but apparently the ones that decide to go the the theater any time I am in there are.
So nice to have a giant 4k OLED TV with surround sound to watch at home….
You guys should check if you have an Alamo Drafthouse in the neighborhood. They’re serious about enforcing no talking and they serve food and good beer.
Two recommendations from the indie film world:
1. Hundreds of Beavers (comedy)
https://www.hundredsofbeavers.com/
A live action version of an Looney Tunes cartoon, albeit at movie length:

2. Shuffle (drama, romance, cerebral)

Not an action movie. A mix of Twilight Zone and a Frank Capra film. Originally shot in black and white and later released in color, which seems to be the only version currently available aside from the DVD.
