Play them yourself, side by side if possible. You'll know which Premium is worth it to you.
A good point mentioned above, resale seems to respect the price difference, so buy what you enjoy!

Interested in what preferences over time may be on jaws pro or premium. First Elwin that seems to change gameplay the most, both models play great so far.

GOTG Pro is available right now NIB and it has almost the same layout as Met. What both have going for them is they are the best pros with very little gain getting the premium out of all the games I can think of. Maybe Tron is up there, but I've only played a few times and don't remember the version and DP.

I have limited game play, but the premium blew the pro away. If was going to get a Jaws it would have to be prem.
