Hello, I have a Medieval Madness board in need of repair. Can someone recommend someone I can send it to for repair? I'm in Las Vegas at this time. Thanks,Kevin

That has some bad battery acid damage below the batteries. I'm not sure that can be fixed, but if I'm wrong I'm sure someone won't hesitate to weigh it. You can get a replacement board for a few hundred if you are comfortable moving the chips over.

Yeah I wouldn't bother with repair just replace. It ain't hard moving those chips either with a $7 chip puller.

Just curious, what's wrong with it?

Battery damage. All the items in the white circle need to come off. Board repaired. New items installed.

The board repair guys will tell you it's cheaper to replace the board.

Yeah, looks like it may be repairable, but sending it out for repair probably isn't economical for WPC MPUs. If you were repairing it yourself, it's just some time, cleaning, abatement, and parts.

A replacement will probably be more cost effective in this situation if you aren't able to do the work yourself.

And you won't be haunted by problems returning later because of the damage or things you missed.
