Hello All,

l have a ocassional start up problem with a north star. With the game at rest l press credit button on front door, (game set to freeplay), score reels zero, playfield lights reset but the scoremotor keeps turning, balls have not been released. If l manually operate the front reset bank the game either completes the reset cycle of goes to game over, if it goes to game over and l press the credit button it will reset correctly. The schematic l have for this machine is for 'sample north star', (all hand drawn and a photo copy!), so l'm not sure if it's the same as a production schematic.

Any Thoughts will be welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

Once the score reels reset to zero, the DB relay on the bank should trip. Is that happening?

Hello Paulace,

l'm trying to get it to go wrong again but at the moment its ok. What l did notice is that the rear back coil fires but not the front, probaly doesn't mean anything but l keep trying, thanks for the input.
