Quoted from Sinestro:Widebodies are lame.
I've owned 19 pins so far. Of the three I've kept two are widebodies and I currently have a widebody on order (Alien).

Quoted from scarybeard:They already made an original Trilogy pin.

Twice, actually. The "Star Wars" pin from Data East had elements from all three movies in it as well.

Even Lawlor convinced JJ to ditch them.
Stooge. My favorite game of all time is IJ. WOZ is epic, as is TZ (even though I hate it). STTNG is pretty frickin' awesome as well. Widebodies are great in many instances. If you owned one, you'd know.
Quoted from Sinestro:That one big piece of mylar!
On the other hand, i'm not seeing any wear from the magna slings yet.
There's a difference between the ball moving quickly along one line and moving randomly as it's effected by magnets. Pop bumpers don't normally wear the PF the same way the Sanctum does, either.

And you said you didn't like slow, floaty games!

I dunno. Many Addams Family's have burn from the Power.....not a straight line.
I just think the way they implemented the magnets back in the 90's was not the best. These guys know now how to do magnets better.

The widebodies I listed are neither slow nor floaty. My IJ is ridiculously fast. It's all in how you set up the pitch and wax it...
Come on Stern! I want some news on the Dagobah System LE model today. Couldn't sleep in anticipation of a teaser. I know it was a long shot.
Omg yes! This will be the fastest game ever, ultra flow. None of that crap slowing the ball down at all. I really like the tiny LCD too, makes JJP's look like garbage. I'll gladly pay $10k for an LE. I hope some official Stern armor is offered that matches the sandy tones of the playfield. Whoever did the Tatooine dessert artwork is a playfield artwork genius.
The physical ball lock built into the lock down bar assembly is also amazing. I hope it looks more then two balls but it still looks cool..
Oh for hell's sakes
