Very interesting machine and love the football/futbol/soccer theme! I see that Man U isn't featured but they were second division in 1933/1934 so that makes sense. No Liverpool either and they were in the top league (though not near the top--but Chelsea ended the season lower than Liverpool and they're on it!). Arse-anal are on top of playfield (and with largest point value) but they won the league that season (and beat Liverpool earlier today).
I am not sure what this site is about (virtual pinball it seems) (https://irpinball.org/nonpinball.htm), but they list a 1934 Bally "Aero Soccer" (https://irpinball.org/screenshots/Aero_Soccer.jpg) which looks similar to your machine albeit with French teams instead of English ones (the ipdb link for it goes to the Airway machine you mention).
They also list a machine called Aero Golf (https://irpinball.org/screenshots/Aero_Golf.jpg) which looks similar too (but with a tilt mechanism like Airway, which looks absent from your Soccer and the "Aero Soccer").
Another site (also apparently about virtual pinball) (https://pinballnirvana.com/forums/threads/aero-soccer-based-on-airway-bally-1933-vp8.4208/) says, "Hot on the heels of Aero Golf, Patrick & tiltjlp release Bally Aero Soccer, another Bally export to Europe... And as with the Aero Golf, the table and background images were taken by Patrick at the Vierzon 2005 Pinball Show in France." So seems like your Soccer (or maybe "Aero Soccer") was a European release with different versions for different countries--maybe there's one for Netherlands too!
A quick search for photos of the 2005 Vierzon show reveals the following. It's hard to tell what the machine is, but given the lack of a tilt mechanism in the upper right and the red logo in bottom middle (appears that Aero Golf's is green and Airway's is chrome), it could be your "Aero Soccer" machine (though presumably the French version given the design of the virtual Aero Soccer).

Good luck with your restoration of it!
