Thank You Theonlylilo, upon further testing, Yes that whole column is out. Traced back to resister on the circuit board. I decided to replace the 2 old boards with a brand new board that replaces both.
This should solve the problem after I install it! Part: Williams System 3,4,6 MPU & Driver Board #MPU327

I understood that the other lights on that column worked, sorry. If all the lamps are out, the first step is to check the TIP42C transistor.. in the most cases it is the culprit! Here, for column #8 is Q77
But glad you solved with a new board anyway!
