I'm planning on traveling to Pinball at the Zoo this coming weekend April 18-20 in Kalamazoo, Michigan and offering free delivery to there or could meet you if you're along my route there. I'm driving from Kentucky, so it's nearly 500 miles to take advantage of the dree delivery!

I also have a large promotional xenon poster that’s in a custom frame if anyone’s interested, I’ll add a picture of that soon as well.

I also have another NOS Fireball Classic glass, but not sure if the other one is faded or this one is just a different alternative color scheme? 90% of these Fireball Classic glass I see have the more yellow looking background vs the orange, and are all usually faded bad. The orange looks a lot more like the original Fireball 1972 color scheme. These are both original, as you can tell by the date and gray paint on the back. (The reproductions I’ve seen have a black instead of gray on the back side). I just find this interesting as this may be prototype/sample glass, just not sure?

Gorgeous backglasses!

Thanks! Yes I’ve been collecting backglasses for a long time. That Solar Ride EM is super rare, if someone ever finds that actual game, I’ve never seen another NOS glass. Also Star Race is a perfect NOS glass, I may actually make a custom frame for that one, that’s such a beautiful glass with awesome colors

#6 10 months ago

Fireball Classic is the last true classic Bally in my opinion. It’s also the last to use the aluminum front door with diamond sticker in 1985

Some nice looking back glasses

I want the Aladdins Castle one but have no way to get it other than shipped. They are all in really good condition!

Thanks! Yes these are mostly NOS, my intentions were to make wall art out of most of them with wooden frames that light up from behind.

#10 10 months ago

Here’s an example with my Sinbad glass. Custom wooden frame and actual 555 lamps lit from behind it on a back board.
(No Christmas lights), wanted it to look as close as possible to the real thing. Ran it off a 6 volt output transformer and the lamps look amazing. I took a picture from the side as you can see a lamp through the blue display window.

If you knew anyone going to District 82 this weekend from Kansas City maybe that could work out? A friend of mine is coming from that area but you’d need to find someone driving not flying. I’m sure there’s people driving from that area, you’d just need to check with the pinball groups and see. Just might workout.

I’ve also have a Ready Aim Fire Gottlieb that’s had a lot of touchups. At least it is what it is, and still a very rare glass. I’ll try and ad the other pics here later. Remember I’m leaving this coming Thursday morning, so if anyone’s interested please let me know to make arrangements on the glass you’re interested in. Thanks

Here’s a couple more Gottlieb glass; Wild Wild West and Ready Aim Fire, as you can see there’s some flaking in the Wild Wild West and the other looks to have been spray painted white on the backside? Not sure why someone would do that, but it is what it is. In this condition, each glass would be just $75 each. The Wild Wild West could actually be touched up nicely, as the rest of the glass looks really good. Must have been just those certain colors flaked off? Would work out nice if you need a glass for either of these machines.

This Solar Ride EM NOS mirrored backglass is the only one I’ve ever seen, does anyone on here own a Solar Ride EM or ever played one? Would be so nice to go with a game where they are so rare!
