Dear Lloyd,


I recently acquired a Fishtales pinball and cant figure out why the captive ball feature is not advancing when you roll through the long cast shot as is stated in the rulesets. I am an EM guy so this issue stumps me and I cant find anything that helps online. Seems like it should be pretty straight forward but Ive been down those rabbit holes before Lol. Any help appreciated. Thank you,

I'd try a factory reset. Then you'll know if a setting in the game changed it.
