How tall are you guys?
With the pin in the FIT does both the driver and passenger seats go all the way back?

6'5". If you slide the pin toward the passenger side, you can keep the driver's seat all the way back. Passenger will be very cramped if s/he's larger than a child.

Good to know! Thanks.
I'm only 5'8" - so I don't mind moving my seats up. Like Yancy said - you can angle it to the passenger side if you go coin door first and leave your seat the whole way. All depends on what you're hauling. I was pretty cramped at my height on the above pic (And hauling a Paragon - you'll have to keep the seat up a bit to accommodate a widebody. I guess you could flip it on it's side though)

I am only 5' 8" so I still sit very comfortably.
Alas, I have since sold my Fit and my new Tacoma reigns supreme, but I would still highly recommend a Honda Fit to ANY pin owner.
Quoted from pinballlife:Fit owner since 2008. It works as a pin hauler in a pinch, but the back lip is a bit of a bitch.
This is why I'd lean toward the crv, which is flat and also has a ton of room with a lot more features, including awd. But gas mileage is nowhere near that of the fit.
Quoted from Richthofen:Any word on whether a pin would fit in a 2019 fit?
I've hauled a few in my 2017 and I don't believe it's had a redesign since then so you should be good to go.
Specifically I've moved a Getaway (head folded down), Pinball Champ (head folded down), and a couple EMs.
Quoted from PinRush72:Anyone actually check if 2019 Fits a pin? Thanks for any help
Yes. Bally/williams and sterns fit pretty easily. Gottlieb system 80bs fit really tight. System 3s and bally 6803s may not fit though.

Should add that drivers seat can be all the way back, but you may have to move passenger seat up a bit to make room

How about JJP? Not happening?

Thanks for the replies!
Anyone who has the Fit and hauled pins. What's the thickest pin you've hauled?
Measuring from the top of the opening to the lip shows about 31.5"
I may be traveling soon to pick up a Royal Rumble pin, not sure of the thickness with box folded down. I saw another pin listed at 32", but seeing as so many are fitting pins in the Fit, I'm curious

Good to know. Now I gotta see how the 2019 compares to a 2012.

I'm bummed honda decided to stop selling the fit in America 2 years ago.. was likely going to be my next car. Maybe I'll buy a used 2020.

If you had bought one in 2020, you would have driven it for 2 years, and still be way up since a 2020 costs more now than they did when they were new. Believe me, I have the same regrets.
There is a thread on vehicles that fit pinball games:

I've hauled probably 80 games in my Honda Fit. The only one that I had to take apart was Class of 1812.
Never thought of the dolly in the reclined passenger seat! I’m always trying to shoehorn it in the back with everything else. Not sure if I can get a cabinet behind the driver’s seat at my height, but I’m gonna give it a shot next time. Thanks for sharing.
That was my first time using the Fit to transport a pinball machine. It worked ok. The first generation Fit is amazingly versatile for sure.
I can fit my dolly in as well. The car sucks for winter driving, but you get a manual one - she's a lot of fun. Got 262k on mine.
