Hi all,
I designed a 3D printed backpanel for my Iron Maiden pro and wanted to share this. Inspired by the artwork of the album.
Its 3d printed but very tough. Currently testing it in my game to see how it holds up.
I can't paint well and searched for someone local with more skills, to paint all the details. It wasn't cheap but it's really many layers and details, takes a lot of time.
The full set is designed for my 1st run Pro model. The left backpanel will not fit premium/LE models, and may also not fit more recent runs.
The parts mounted on top should fit all models. They use the original screws and standoff plastics that you transfer from the flat plastics. Lightbulbs on top remain in place.
At the moment I don't plan a premium/LE version of everything, you can buy the front plastics (unless there's really a lot of demand?)
The panels on the left replace the flat panels, you can switch the yellow and red lens.
The center piece has a hole so the flasher behind it will make the eyes light up.
I realise there are already many mods available for this game, but still want to check if there is interest in some of the parts.
For final pricing I have to check with the painter, my guess is:
2 small panels on left $60
Full backpanel $150
Center piece (should fit all models) $300
Lmk if there is interest.
