I've owned this machine for 8 years and in my possession it has been home use. Prior history I am not familiar with.
There are several mods I am aware of, including a motor on the saw and lights in the rabbit eyes.
Some cosmetic damage on the exterior as shown in the photos.
Two holes adjacent to coin door were likely used for a coin box lock bar at some point.
There is a broken plastic to the right of the magic box and next to the right ramp, see detailed pic.
The installed Magic box has some damage, about 1cmx3cm area missing on bottom edge of one side. I purchased a NOS replacement box that has not been used and is included in the parts picture with extra decals and original manual. Comet LEDs, not installed, are included in the sale.
As of last play everything worked, including the original magnetic sensors (though as many people note they are finicky and need adjustment when you place the machine in a new environment.
