My premium, sometime in February.
Quoted from Elvishasleft:I see and feel the difference however if it plays like kinda meh I dont really care.
Id take a fugly game that plays great over tons of fluff any day of the week.
Oddly enough the two JJ games that probably have the worst of what you seem to like are the best playing Wonka and Dialed In.
Maybe they should focus more on game play and not all the other crap?
For someone who doesn’t rate the game you seem to very occupied with it?
Is there an owners thread happening yet? So there is less chance and patience for putting up with muppets like this on a Led Zep focussed thread?
Quoted from Hayfarmer:Please share !!
I will FOR SURE!!!! It's a demo one, so slightly used. but the price is right
Quoted from LeMansFan:So, when I bought my Funhouse machine the person I bought it from had upgraded the lights to LED. Just this week I finally swapped out all the bulbs on my Sopranos to LED. Time consuming and tedious! But wow, after years and years of getting used to the incandescent lights and going to LED. It looks like a brand new machine!!!
Not having purchased a newer model Stern, is it safe to assume that Led Zeppelin will already be fully outfitted with nothing but LED lights???
Correct all LED

Yes
What’s up with all of the insults and personal attacks here?
This is a thread for those excited about then new Stern Led Zeppelin game.
Merry Christmas everyone.
We’re confirmed getting a Prem/LE to my new studio early next week.
Direct audio video sexiness.
We’ll back it up to YouTube.com/DeadFlip for viewing after the live stream.
Quoted from Nevus:What’s up with all of the insults and personal attacks here?
Peace man.
That's what makes it fun, reading and doing it. Glad to see DFlip will have a stream up next week.
Can't wait until February to see if I get enough of a bonus to buy one. This game seems incredibly straightforward and not gimmicky at all. I love shooting ramps and spinners! And it seems like Stern is laying out new code for some of the newer games after shipping. like the upside-down mode art in ST, and the 'Nublar Challenge' option in JP, and...Dj mode? I hope they do have a Stairway wizard mode, and the ability to play it from start.
Quoted from chuckwurt:Here’s to you getting 20% more bonus than last year. No Jelly of the Month club.
Haha! Literally just finished watching this!
This is helpful information.
Led Zeppelin Pro machines begin production December 21, 2020 (Production dates may change) and are estimated to ship December 28th, 2020
Led Zeppelin Premium machines begin production January 29, 2021 (Production dates may change) and are estimated to ship February 5th, 2021.
If this is true we should see some LEs by the end of January.

It's true mine was produced last week and ships this week.
This information is available on the Led Zeppelin website. So it is from a good source. I hope it's still on track.

Are these statements specific to orders from the LZ website? Seems like it, and perhaps those orders go out first. Regardless it gives you a good idea of timelines.
Just saw the models on TWIP. Underwhelming art packages. Like REALLY underwhelming. Stern is in full "going through the motions mode" on the aesthetics. Hopefully is shoots better than it looks.

Quoted from musketd:Their are pics of overseas unboxings on Facebook
Stern Facebook or elsewhere?
I guess they were on the line well before 12/21 if they are already showing up overseas and unboxed. Maybe the November rumors were correct, has to take minimum of 3 weeks to ship stuff across the pond and clear customs etc..
Stern’s bizarre business model of “send us money and we will send you a game” continues to shock and discombobulate the competition.
How do they make money this way?!

I agree
hmmm, I was expecting to see channels cut on the inner side of the cabinet for the blade lighting. I wonder how the upgrades will be done?

Wondering that myself
It was my understanding that the cabs were precut with a dummy panel to remove/replace with the new lighted panel.
I’m not seeing a seam or anything that is precut in those pics.
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:So what price do you think will the lighted panels will cost? $279 like ST UV kit? Liking the pro artwork a bit more.
I think these machines are going to look way better in person, something is always off with those on the Stern site, almost look fake/photo shopped.
$279 would be a reasonable price.

The pics definitely look photoshopped like you said. I was not super thrilled with the artwork but seeing pics from owners i am liking it more. LE still not a fan of. Now need to see the premium and peoples take on gameplay of both.
Really glad they went with a no-nonsense British voice on the call-outs, sounds like a 60's/70's London program announcer. Was worried they were gonna do the usual DEEP VOICE TAUNT rock-pin thing.

in the STDM video you can see the panel. its well hidden.

I can only assume most people here would pay more than $279 for such a kit. So it’ll be more.
I’m guessing more like $500. They’d really Prefer to have people buy premiums than get a pro and add the lights.
