What is it?

Something we heard quite often from visitors to our gameroom is that on the 'old' Pinside.com it was always very difficult to find out who was running the site and how to contact them. That's why in our efforts to be more transparent towards our visitors we decided to create a contact form.

Isn't an email-address easier than a contact form?

That's true, but to avoid our mailboxes turning into spam fodder, we don't want to publish any email-addresses on the website.

Makes sense. Now how does this work?

Just spot the contact-link that's located on the right top of your screen between the search- and the help-links. If you click this contact-link you will be navigated to a 'contact form'.

Now if you were already logged in while visiting this form, your name and email-address will already be filled out for you. If not, you will have to do this yourself. The questions you can ask us are pretty self-explanatory. And if you think yours doesn't fit any of the types available or if you just want to tell us how much you like your brand new pinball machine, just select 'other'. Don't forget to type your actual question and to press the Submit-button once you're finished.

How long will it take you to answer my question?
