Pinbot (Williams, 1987)

 Anyone who's read any of my other stories knows that my poor 'bot' has been broken. So today we started minor surgery on her. But this isn't where the story starts, so lets go back about six years. I had a large house with a big empty room in the basement. I had been playing alot of pool at the time, ( Eight ball mostly ) and thought a pool table would fill the space perfectly. I found a guy that had a route here locally in the Kootenays. After putting the bar table in I realized I still had lots of room left over. As the tech was reclothing the table I asked him if he had any cool pinball machines for sale. He said "like what?"I rattled off a bunch of machines I'de played over the years. Most of them he didn't have or were more than I wanted spend at the time, after all I had just spent $1500 on a pool table. When I said 'Pinbot' he looked up from the table and said " yeah I just picked one up from a resort, it was in pretty bad shape, but I've almost got it working."
